All orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Every customer has the right to return an item to our return address within 30 days. Please note: due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear, in accordance with art. 6:230p BW, cannot be returned if the packaging is sealed and this seal is broken. These products come into direct contact with the body and we want to assure our customers of new, unused and hygienic products. That is why all underwear is carefully sealed in packaging.

How does a refund work?
To return an item, the customer must first notify us by email at support@operiod.com We will then ask you to return the item at your own expense to our returns center:

Please note: do not return items without prior contact. We will provide you with specific return instructions. Returns without consultation may be refused, as they cannot be processed correctly in our warehouse.

Please note: if your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not collect the package, we will unfortunately have to charge the return costs. As soon as the package is returned to us, your order will be cancelled. This also applies if you refuse the package at the door.

Who pays the return costs?
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

What if I receive a defective item?
If you receive an item that is defective, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

When can I expect a refund?
A refund will be processed within one business day of receipt of the return shipment and will be credited back to the originally chosen payment method.

Please note: an order cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been placed before it has been delivered. All orders are processed immediately to ensure a fast delivery.

Can I return multiple orders in one package?
If you have placed multiple orders and received them separately, they must also be returned separately. To ensure proper processing of returns, they must be returned separately.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs for a different delivery than the cheapest standard delivery) within fourteen days of receipt of your cancellation notice. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. The return deadline is met if the goods are returned within 30 days. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Any diminished value of the goods, if caused by unnecessary handling, will be charged.
